Bad Bunny Hints at New Album

Bad Bunny is turning a positive into another positive.

The Puerto Rican singer, rapper and producer returned a positive test to COVID-19 ahead of the 2020 American Music Awards, forcing him to cancel his planned performance.

Now, with some unexpected extra time on his calendar, he’s gearing up for another new album.

The 26-year-old artist shared a post overnight with the word “Temazo,” which could be translated to “hit.”

He pushed out a similar post on Twitter before YHLQMDLG dropped in late February.

If he does release a new album before the year is out, it will be his third in 2020 after YHLQMDLG and Las que no iban a salir.

Bad Bunny (real name Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio) was expected to perform “Dákiti,” his collaboration with Jhay Cortez, during the 2020 AMAs on Sunday night.

Though absent from the ceremony, he won for favorite male Latin artist and YHLQMDLG was named favorite Latin music album.

“Dakiti” continues at No. 1 on both the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. U.S. charts.
